How to prepare brown rice
Brown rice
- Rice is extremely versatile and can be used in almost any type of cuisine.
- The color is the distinguishing feature; it is known as wholegrain rice
- Brown rice has long grain and a distinctly nutty flavour .
How to Cook :
- • Add hot boiling water or stock into a pot and wait till the liquid boils.
- • Add the rice into the boiling water and cover with a lid and make sure you only open when necessary.
- • 2 Cups of brown rice with take you about 45 minutes of cooking
- • Rest the rice for 2 to 3 minutes
* Always remember to wash your rice *
