Salt water mussels with rye bread
It's not every day you get to use ingredients fresh from the source, today we decided to serve our dish from where most our ingredients came from. Found inspiration from the sea and came up with a classic dish.
Ingredients:
- 100g Mussels
- 10g Sea weed
- 5g Garlic
- 5g Salted Butter
- 10g White wine
- 5g White onions
- 150ml Sea water
Method:
- In a pot add mussels , sea water, white wine and garlic
- Cover the pot with a lid and let them steam for 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes of steaming add your chopped White onions and salted butter
- Cover the pot and let it steam for 1 minute
- Garnish with sea weed and pour the liquid in the pot on top of the mussels
• Recipe serves one person
• Serve the mussels with any bread
