Method:
Burger buns
• in a bowl add flour, yeast and sugar
• in a pot add milk and butter until the butter has melted and take the wet ingredients and add into the dry ingredients and mix well
• After mixing the wet and dry ingredients add a little flour onto your counter and start moulding into little balls
• Arrange the balls onto baking tray and wrap with clean wrap and let them raise in a warm area
• After 7 minutes of rasing, add all the buns into the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes
Beef pattie
• Take a deep bowl and add the ground beef, chopped onion, rosemary and thyme and season with black pepper and salt
• Mix everything together and mould the ground beef into 500g patties
• Take a cast-iron pan and add olive oil into the pan and wait till it is hot then add your patties
• When the patties get a brown colour remove from the pan and wrap with bacon and put into a 100°c oven for 5 minutes
