Spaghetti and Meatballs

Spaghetti and Meatballs 


Ingredients 

Ground beef  250 g
Spaghetti  
Bread crumbs 10g
Chopped Parsley 5g
Eggs 2
Garlic 5g
Salt & Pepper ( to taste )
Extra-virgin olive oil 20 ml
Onion 1/2
Bay leaf 1
Roasted tomatoes 3

Method :

• In a large pot of boiling salted water cook spaghetti for 10 to 12 minutes and Drain 

• In a separate bowl combine lean beef , garlic bread crumbs,  parsley,  salt and pepper and eggs and mix

• In a large pot heat the olive oil and add the Meatballs cook until browned and transfer them into a different bowl 

• Fry the onion till translucent and add the fire roasted tomatoes into that pan and season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer and return the meatballs into the pot and add bay leaf 

 • Simmer the pot for ten minutes 

• Serve the pasta with the Meatballs and Enjoy !!

Total cook time ( 55 minutes)
